Sealing Technology

Ideal for sealing masonry openings of gas, water, sewer and cable and protecting from pressing water. Components are approved for potable water use acc. to KTW guidelines. Encapsulated and split design, available for core holes of 50 - 400 mm. Combination seal insert available for multiple structural lead-throughs and openings.

Tested for water pressure of 1 or 2 bar.

Flexible use as either blind plug for media pipes or cables (18 to 65 mm in diameter). For core hole / casing of 100 mm. The rings of the plug (5 mm step gradations) allows  for adjusting the sealing area to fit the media pipe as closely as possible.

Pressure plate in V2A. Tested for water pressure up to 1.5 bar.

Easy and quick assembly with premounted sectional design. Sturdy rubber parts ensure long service life. Screws and nuts are galvanized or made from V4A stainless steel. Absorbs shock, noise and vibration stresses. Standard type is temperature resistant from  -40°C to + 120°C. Special solutions for various applications available upon request.

For openings to accommodate steel, cast iron, copper, concrete, and stoneware pipes through walls, ceilings and floors. For all applications where a wall sleeve or core hole cannot be used. Hydrostatic sealing of shaft guides and transitions, pools and groundwater tanks.

Tested for water pressure up to 3 bar.

To brace formwork. Made from rough-surface, unbreakable plastic.
